• US & Canada: FREE shipping on all orders over $100 USD.

• International: We offer worldwide shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Processing Times

We aim to get your gear to you as quickly as possible.

• Speed: Orders placed Monday–Friday are typically processed and shipped within one business day.

• Weekends & Holidays: We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.

• Small Team Note: We are a small, dedicated team packing your orders by hand. While we move as fast as we can, we appreciate your patience during high-volume periods!

Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

• Liability: Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, Kỳ Lân is not responsible for delayed, missing, lost, or stolen packages.

• Carrier Disputes: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim. We are unable to provide refunds for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We work quickly to get orders out the door. Because of this, cancellations or changes to your order are not guaranteed once the order is placed, especially during peak periods or over weekends. Please double-check your shipping address and item sizes before completing your purchase.

Pre-Orders

If an item is marked as a Pre-Order, it will ship within the window noted on the specific product page.

• Bundled Shipping: If your cart contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order items are ready.

• Splitting Shipments: If you would like your in-stock items to arrive sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

• Shipping Speed: We cannot accommodate 2-day or overnight shipping for pre-order items.
