About Us
Hai founded Kỳ Lân because he believes second-generation Asians deserve to celebrate their culture with confidence.
Growing up in Hungary in the 90s, Hai often felt like an outsider. With a small Asian community and little diversity, he spent years trying to blend in, and almost losing touch with his heritage in the process.
Then, when Hai moved to the US, something in him changed. He saw second-generation Asians creating spaces where culture thrived: Vietnamese cafés, Asian-inspired streetwear, and artists going global. It was inspiring to see.
Our goal is to help fellow second-generation Asians embrace their culture. This is more than just activewear, this is a movement.
